There are amazing Christmas parties but also a good variety of other events (Summer Away day, quizzes). Good opportunities for training and generally relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to ask questions and learn from others. In the Data and digital space a lot has been going on in the last few years. There are good opportunities to take initiatives and make a mark in those teams. Good bonus scheme. Working from home was always ok and the company was quick to adapt to the Covid situation.
