* good team in Denver * seem very committed to helping the sales team members be successful - through practical training and joint selling experiences * good team building as well

* This is residential solar sales with 100% commission - with no base nor benefits - so that comes with it's challenges - but as long as you understand that and set expectations appropriately it's a good place. This is typical for solar sales. * some of the installation partners had their challenges at times - seems like it was highly dependent on which installation team did the work
