The work culture in the Talent Acquisition team is extremely disappointing. Management heavily micromanages employees and does not trust the team to do their jobs independently. The work quickly becomes monotonous with little to no opportunity for learning or professional growth. Managers are often rude and unprofessional in their communication, which creates a very negative environment. Employees are treated as easily replaceable rather than valued contributors. If you are looking for a place to grow and learn, I would strongly recommend considering other companies.

Very very bad experience I have got as a new joinee, they don't know how to behave with the new Joiner's as well as old employees. They don't give any offer and appointment letter on time no joining kits, even the company laptop is not allowed to carry then how would we fill out the forms and submit during office hours. No one is there to guide. But everyone would be there to yelling at you.

You have been given on-boarding session and precisely the reason why HR ask an employee to fill the forms in office for guiding the individual. Did you approach HR for help ?
