-Very poor management style; bullying by management and anyone in position of power -complaints/ ideas never listened to/ acted upon -People rarely/ never get let go or fired for not doing their jobs, which affects everyone -extremely poor communication throughout every department -minimal PTO -no sick days -no opportunity for raises or bonuses. Constant excuses about why raises and bonuses won’t be given -frequent travel to remote locations, not discussed during interview process -HR is one person who is too intertwined with other management relationships in agency, creating a conflict of interest. -blatant lying and back door scheduling errors daily -extremely high turnover rate (new people hired and quit weekly)
