Disorganized. Total disconnect from The US team to HQ in Austrailia. Comp plans kept changing and promises made during the hiring process were not executed. Pay was late several times. Several days sometimes due to poor planning from the finance team not submitting payroll on time.

Working here 7 months and I can honestly say it's an amazing place to work. The best is the employees and the clients as you are working with people with the biggest hearts for doing good for the non profit industry! There is a strong sense of purpose and direction within the company as the focus is to solely help charities, schools and nonprofits fundraise more for their cause everyday! The company is a start up business going from strength to strength. There is a lot of flexibility to make a real impact, learn a lot and for your own self development. There's a lot of exciting and transformative projects happening within the business and the best is yet to come! Main pros: - Helping charities scale - Great culture - Flexible working - Freedom to make a difference and learn - Great location in the city - Everyday is different - Company is very accommodating of individual circumstances and genuinely care about employees - Team catch ups with beers - Company lunches - Genuinely compassionate CEO

- Company is growing so the usual growing pains. Lots of projects happening, might not be the place if you want to be a passive passenger! Lots of support from CEO and other teams though. I personally love the start-up mentality but can come across as a con for others. If you are looking for the opportunity to grow professionally and personally, I think you will see this as a pro!
