SureCall bases it's standard wage on the average for a call center customer service representative. We do offer a health spending account that is available to our full-time employees and go over options that are available to them through the benefits. We understand that there are health concerns that our employees have and encourage our team to voice to us if there are specifics. That way, we can accommodate appointments and understand when you need the time off for recovery.
The input of the team is always encouraged. The leadership is here to support the group as a whole, and we have a very open-door policy and are sorry to hear that was not your experience!
