A structured interviewing process followed by a constructive feedback after each phase, not to mention the professionalism of HR personnel or also on the technical level with the department manager and director. Additionally, the interviewing process is consisted of competency based interview, a technical related assignment of a relevant case study, a technical interview to discuss the case study submitted along with excel and other technical related questions and the end the cultural fit interview which was kind of new to me, which assess whether the employee would fit in the company's business culture. I enjoyed every phase and luckily I got accepted. I had a positive vibes and feeling made me felt as if I was already part of the company's productive team. Hopefully, I will be of a great benefit and other way round. worthy to say that surve team is always there to answer any queries or to support when needed.
