No check ins with managers The social media marketed Survitec is not a reflection of the real life Survitec Senior mgmt do not follow the Survitec values Newly relocated site cannot be accessed via public transport alienating Approx 70% of ops employees leaving them to rely on a company organised bus which they won’t confirm how long it will continue for leaving loyal long serving and aging employees stressed and worried about their future. This fear breeds the toxic culture.
