It’s true that we’re currently prioritizing growth and product development. If you're expecting the structure of a large, well-established company, we’re not there yet. We’ve recently launched training initiatives within our engineering team, but we don’t yet have the capacity to support every department equally. On the point of micromanagement — experiences can vary. We support and train our line managers, but management styles differ, and we can’t oversee every situation in real time.
