I was contracted to Sybex (the Client) to fill a position at LTIMindtree (the Client), which holds a contract to support Exyte (the Client), providing helpdesk, networking, and IT infrastructure.
The disrespect toward their contractor is distressingly systemic at all levels. I was treated as if I were a full-time employee, with control over my work and the scheduling of my hours and days worked. The directives I was 'required to follow' were never clear at best, and insulting at worst.
Their management style is belittling, accusatory, and condescending. Each layer of the client hierarchy does not know what the layer above or below it is doing, or which projects I was assigned to. Commonly, each layer would have different Critical Crises and needs to be completed ASAP.
