some good colleagues some people are paid well was much better when I started, has rolled down hill a lot lately

high turnover hire and fire multiple times a year often promote noisy people who like to talk over smart people sinking ship, pretty sure they are just squeezing costs so they can sell and the board will be the only ones that benefit no bonus, but they keep pretending there might be next year they dont reward hard work, they reward people who talk down and belittle others.
