Not employee-centric at all – employees’ well-being and concerns are completely ignored. No consideration for external situations – in Pune, heavy rains often flood the roads, yet employees are forced to come to the office regardless. Unfair penalties – if you miss filling the timesheet on Friday, ₹5000 is deducted from your salary each time. Rigid working hours – fixed timings (9–5 or 12–9). Even if you finish your work early, you are not allowed to leave. No job security for maternity leave – instead of supporting, the company starts looking for replacements and may remove employees during maternity. Zero empathy for personal/health issues – strict mandate of 3 days a week office presence, with no exceptions even for genuine problems. Short-term projects & job insecurity – most projects are short-lived, and employees are quickly removed if a client takes the work back. Misleading ratings – not sure how this company has a 4.2 rating on Glassdoor; seems like they manipulate it themselves. Toxic culture overall – no respect, no value for employees, and a constant feeling of harassment. I strongly do not recommend joining Synechron. This company exploits employees instead of valuing them. Better to stay away and save yourself from unnecessary stress.

I have been working at Synechron, and my experience has been a mix of strong learning opportunities and a few challenges. On the positive side, I’ve had the chance to work on modern technologies and meaningful projects in the financial services domain. The exposure to clients and the pace of work helped me grow quickly and stay updated with industry trends. However, compensation is an area where I feel the company could improve. While the salary is competitive for some roles, market adjustments and internal corrections tend to move slowly. Promotions and hikes are not always transparent, and the process can feel inconsistent across teams. - I gained strong exposure to BFSI projects - I worked with modern tech stacks and digital transformation initiatives - I had supportive teammates and managers in most cases - I appreciated the opportunities for onsite roles - I experienced good learning and growth
