Hi thanks for your detailed response and feedback. We value the opinions of people posting reviews We avoid being defensive but when people say our training is comparable to youtube we have fire coming out of our ears :) there are only 3 possible reasons: 1) You were a competitor who sent someone for investigative journalism so you got superficial facts and then posted the review 2) You were a candidate who paid the penalty of $10000 for violating our training agreement after taking training and had to pay a fine so are writing this review. 3) you did not make the cut and were rejected for our training program we know our java training is as of now if not the best amongst the best in the US We have candidates who are ready to pay us $20k to just get training with us but we still reject them as We pick and choose candidates which are suitable for our clients Lets address the pros and cons 1) lectures of management given -- we had cases wherein candidates did certain mistakes at client sites and we have a responsibility towards anybody trusting their future to us. How to take interviews , what not to do at client sites, proper behavior, how to work in a team, what things to avoid saying , etc. We have experience of more than 10 years, 10000 interviews and placing more than 650 candidates on projects and to some it may seem like lectures but for some it will be knowledge transfer. Even if it helps some people we want to do that 2) there is always YouTube for spring and hibernate--yes there is but you tube does not provide you assignments, checks your assignments, corrects and helps you back and help you when you go to work on a client site. You just don't learn spring HIbernate you learn core java, JSP Servlets, Design patterns, J2EE, EJB, AngularJS, JavaScript, JUnit, PL/SQL, Agile/Scrum, Struts, Webservices rest and Soap, JMS, JSF and the list goes on. We also have more than $50,000.00 worth of books in java in our library which I believe you wont find in youtube :) . Hey and we also have 100mbps internet in our labs which you can use for accessing youtube (no movies please) . We also administer industry leading tests which cost us $300 per candidate. What we cover in our training if someone tries to achieve by reading books and watching youtube videos it would take the person maybe couple of years to do that. The reason we are able to do it fast is that we specialize in Java training and we have been doing for more than 6 years. We also get regular feedback from our clients and we customize our training accordingly so our candidates get the best training there is Cons: No internet as we have 24/7 access to our computer lab and we want candidates to go to guest house to sleep and relax and come to office fresh. We don't want them to be up all night watching movies and be late for sessions. We don't charge anything for the training and its free. We pay 3000$ Per guest house for a 2 bed 2 bath 1000 sq feet guest house and 5 people stay in it. It is a 10 minute walk to our office and people bike too. Our guest house are cleaned regularly by cleaners. We spend almost 15k on each candidate by the time the training is over. Training takes 2 months not 4-5 months . In exceptional cases the training may take longer. We We have cctvs for safety and to ensure candidates are not playing video games and watching movies and disturbing other candidates with such activities. We cannot have people downloading movies using torrents and acting like highschoolers. Discipline is paramount and we might tolerate but such behavior can get a candidate fired from a client site. All the points mentioned above cannot take away the fact that we have all our candidates placed at Fortune 500 clients and our results speak for themselves. We are here to make people get the best training in java and get our candidates placed at the best clients. We are not perfect but we keep trying to be better for our candidates. One thing which no one would find is a person who took training at synergisticit and was a failure as we don't allow that to happen. Once again think of us like a private school with rules regulations and strict discipline and a code of conduct . We don't believe in shortcuts and never compromise on quality of our training For the person writing this review there is a lot of positivity in life embrace that and focus on positive things so much negativity is not good for your health both mentally and physically.
