      Hierarchie Management, sehr hohe Fluktuationen, schlechtes Gehalt, unfassbar schlechte Kommunikation (Rechte Hand und linke Hand wissen nicht, was sie tun), keine Mitarbeiterorientierung, kein Betriebsrat o.Ä., sehr schwerfälliges Change Management, welches seit Jahren andauert, zu viel Bürokratie, zu wenig richtige Entscheider
