- you never feel safe here unless you hit 100% every quarter and if they don't vibe with you, you will be pushed out - there's no room for 70% or more attainment, not set up for success and reps are killing themselves scraping for tiny deals
- Self service makes it hard to sell enterprise deals because huge price differential
