So much and not enough time. They are stuck in a time warp. Employees are overworked, poor choices in leadership roles, leaders in role for 20+ years with no clue of the world outside of Sysco, no people of color in upper management, all white male - they all look the same with no intentions of breaking the cycle of prejudice and the good old boy network , inclusion &diversity is lip service, corporate culture not aligned with forward thinking companies in the industry and lastly, HR is a waste of time. They are not there to represent the good of the company but rather the interest of management.
