Great Colleagues, Staff / Resources not utilized well - Recensione dipendente - Interior Designer presso TAHPI

Salary range still stuck in year 2000 rates. Upper management skills not utilized well. Architect doing draftmen job. (Nothing wrong but...) For ID, not a good place to learn detailing skills, but great for learning/understand large scale project as working closely with architect/engineers etc. Alot of promises from upper managment but never fullfied, even the simplest thing. Expected to work long hours but no OT. No bonus as well.
