Vantaggi

Salary comes in Time and nothing else. No one disturbs you till the renewal of your visa. They really dont remember you as their employee untill they require something from your end.

Svantaggi

1. They Promise to deploy you somewhere at the time of interview and at the joining day they tell you that they are deploying you somewhere else. 2. They do not re-imburse the actual amount of your tickets to home country. 3. Their medical facilities are similar to lowest labor class. They do not provide maternity in the state where you are living like if you are living in Dubai and your Visa is also of Dubai but still they provide you medical facilities and maternity which are covered in Abu Dhabi and Al-Ain. How stupid this is....! 4. They deduct fee of every single thing that they provide you like Emirates ID, Medical and some times even for Visa. 5. Whenever you send some query to TASC, they respond you so slow that you start thinking that it is much better to do it by yourself. 6. They issue your visa of their own interest like if you are an engineer and you have given all your attested documents to them but still they will apply for you Clerk Visa or Sales Visa or any other low category visa and then if you do not raise your concern to them they keep dragging you to work in same visa. And if you make them convince to change your designation on Visa them again they will ask you to pay money for that. 7. No Salary Increments at all. 8. Their HR Team and your Point of contact at TASC simply LIE to you in everything from your interview time to joining time and till you exit from this TASC. 9. In Last i must say that TASC does not follow any PROFESSIONAL ETHICS. And have worst working model when you are working on an outsourcing model with TASC.

- company provides a great service to its clients - quick growth opportunity in knowledge about the staffing industry - above market average pay

- CEO has zero human skills, manages by inducing fear, yells all the time and above all, he thinks he has nothing else to learn - fear cascades down to senior management, they justify the CEOs behavior, HR is not doing anything to stop this - roles are hyped by attractive names, but everyone in sales (including management) is doing the same - research, cold calling and acquisition - no home office although it is promised when you get an offer - if you are not in office the question is "where were you?", if you are in office, the question is "why are you here if you work in sales?" - not a multicultural environment - company wants to become global but don't do well in keeping non-Indian talent becaus of the culture they are not willing to change - "if you don't accept it, you will not be successful here" - bi-annual commission system instead of monthly or quarterly, which they use as a retention tool - people will stay to get their bonus
