Some people want to stay and be brown nosers, which keeps the company ticking along.

No overtime and have to work over 2 hrs to get time back Randomly letting go of people and people walking out the door People are walked to the car or bus stop when sacked and dont get the chance to get their belongings One rule for one person then different rules for others, strict no work from home but certain people allowed QA are like the police, you can't ask for help without justifying a whole story and having your head bitten off with the "look" before sagging you off before you even get the chance to turn your back to go. Think they have the power to sack non QA staff for deviations that weren't their fault No development or training plan, thrown in deep end. If you're lucky you'll be doing stock checks for 5 months! No respect for scientific degrees or PhDs. You'll be doing cleaning until they have their latest brain fart for you to do basic cell culture. Don't get excited by the science done by "actual" scientists, people have been there for years and are still nowhere near contributing to actual research. Rumours of fraud to investors Investor money spent on brand new tellies rather than sustainably creating jobs and honing a research focus
