The sales tools and CRM are the best out there. The base compensation is extremely competitive. The HVAC controls and software are top-quality and sell themselves. There is still a vast untapped market for the EMS Software, and the existing roster of clients includes some of the most prestigious names in American business. Bottom line: It's a dream job for someone who wants to make a killing in Sales while developing a host of secondary experience in HVAC Controls and Software development. They don't play games with your compensation and jerk you around - there's no fine print with the generous commission package and they keep their word not just to customers but also employees. There is very little turnover - they hire to retain, and they invest heavily in the new hires. It's also a fun place to work, people take the job seriously and work extremely hard, but we celebrate the wins and have fun while doing it.
