AWFUL, SCAM!! - Recensione dipendente - Sales Representative presso TEAM One - Chicago

THE absolute best atmosphere of a business you could have. If your looking for life time friends, the ability to learn how to sell ( I mean actually sell), AND BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR OU AND A TEAM . THEN LOOK NO FURTHER. If you are the kind of person that wants to move up and get paid for how hard you work then you are looking in the right place!!!! if you are looking for a mentor to learn to sell then manage a team then manage a company your in the best spot possible working with Greg. if GREG doesn't know he will go to Mr. sessions THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY. IF YOU DONT GET THE ANSWER YOU WANT........THEN YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE WRONG ANSWER!!!!!!

I worked at this company at the wrong point in my life. I was in a bad place and not able to put my ability in to it. if you are looking for a job go somewhere else. this company is looking for people WHO WANT A CAREER AND WANT TO EARN IT. MOST MILLENIALS DONT WANT TO WORK AND WILL NEVER SUCCED BECASE OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The people were friendly and that's it. They are all very out going and I'm sure knowledgeable.

They are not up front with what the job is about. Not one person mentioned it was a door to door type of deal. If that's what you like then go for it. Just be prepared to meet a lot of confused and irritated people. It's clear these guys feel bothered by your presense. Also, there is NO type of training! You follow a more "experienced" person around all day who is rude to you the entire time. Also, they ask complete strangers for very personal info (ie SS number) eeeekkk!!! That's a one way ticket to get the cops called on you... regardless if it's legit or not. Now that's just in the field. Never mind bouncing between Schaumburg and Chicago on a last minute notice for very odd meetings. Management looks for another cog in the machine. I lasted four days before saying no more because what they claim is good for the goose is so not good for the gander if you catch what I'm saying. If you want sales experience go work for a legitimate company that doesn't offer you the world and gives you never but a literal pain in your butt (from all the walking)
