Employees are too proud of working for a large corporation with a long history, without thinking about the competitive and technological challenges that exist on the horizon. Difficult to innovate and improve things, as it can get very political depending on which department you work for. Leadership is in a difficult position of making decisions that are not win-win for everyone due to the reality of the market.
