The company can spend billions of dollars buying up other companies, but when it comes to paying their employees, they're cheap. Unless you're at the top, you mean nothing and have no voice or opinion. Management is horrible - poor leadership. No cross-training. Department in complete disarray. The Director can't manage her time, babbles on when she doesn't have a clue what she's talking about, and constantly makes promises that are never kept. Then she threw a few of her employees under the bus to her boss, making it look like they screwed up when it was all on her and now he thinks the team is incompetent! Unbelievable! Toxic environment! No support and you keep your mouth shut!
