We take our culture and our artist friendly environment very seriously, and we know that we’re only as good as the talent we attract, develop and retain. I’m sorry that you’ve had a bad experience with a supervisor and as a current employee, I would encourage you to share that feedback more directly with a member of the HR team so we can explore your concerns in greater detail. The same is true with regard to your comment about pay rates being frozen and crunch. That word makes us cringe here at TTF! We make a very conscious and active effort to minimize employees having to work more than 45 hours a week and on weekends in order to ensure work/life balance. Sure, there will be times before or after a screening that we have to work longer or harder to ensure our client is happy, but it should be an exception and not the rule. Finally, as a general rule, a majority of our employees are actually staff, not project hires. We know that investing in the long-term success of our employees provides job security, career growth and overall happy folks. We want to hear your thoughts though so we can make things even better.
