Too many processes which really does slow down decision-making and the ability to change in a demanding marketplace. Staff do not feel appreciated

We agree that simplifying our processes wherever possible will bring great benefits and it is never a subject far from our mind
All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
