      Great job if you like working with people, they have great benefits and starting pay isn't that bad, after one year you move up a pay grade with a nice raise. and you are rated by your performance, and have to complete in order to get any type of a raise, some don't believe in giving out good scores while others do. Just depends on who you end up with as a supervisor.

      Testing every year to keep your job can be stressful, if you fail twice you do lose your job. so that hanging over your head while testing is stress in itself. Other wise, job is good.
