They have good benefits and good locations

There are not many issues other than lack of flexibility in schedule but that is normal for this job type.

This was my first job out of college, I really learned quite a bit about being a professional, while earning experience. The benefits really were a + and the employees new and old really did understand members and their intricacies. :)

I made more at my college job than I did at my “big kid” job even after commissions/bonuses. This made living where I worked to be very difficult and inevitably caused me to move geographically and out of the industry entirely.
