Where do I begin?
Firstly, look at the previous 20 raving reviews, that are all favorable, have similar sounding titles. I know for a fact that they were all written by the same person and employees were made to post them (they don't even hide this well, as all the mentioned employees are management and team-leads). I don't know any real people that would give this company more than 2 stars. Would you want to fork for a company that posts fake reviews about themselves?
They discriminate against employees based on religion (they are pro-christian), appearance and such, strong favoritism.
The pay is terrible, no opportunity to advance. Overall atmosphere is stressful. Everybody there is concerned about the quantity, not quality. As CSR you will get written up if you don't answer 50 calls per day, even if it is a slow day.
The drivers they sign up for the prepaid legal services are not explained the terms clearly (and i suspect often lied to) by truck stop agents. Thus you get bunch of calls from very angry customers.
I worked for this company for a few years only because I was desperate. I know people that quit and then returned in hopes that something may change, but it did not. This company keeps being horrible.
