Management is unprofessional at best. They take everything personally, and always try to pit co-workers against each other, decaying the office culture. They see everyone as dispensable, and treat them as so. No increments, no career progression. No AWS. No profit-sharing. No commission for sales team, but with targets to hit. Sexism, racism and inappropriate talks permeate the company. Sexual harassment is not uncommon. Hiring is based on looks, height and figure, instead of merit. As an F&B company, it is not even GMP-certified. If customers ask for certifications and documentations, lying is part of the job. You are required to work on your off days, and attend company "parties" if not "your names will be noted down" (sounds very much like blackmail to me). Company will also scrutinise your log-in, log-out and lunch times.
