1. Culture: very cliquey overall. Executives are all Israelis - they only speak Hebrew in the office.
2. Unclear career progression within the company: managers have no idea how to guide the employees on career progression. Company does not have any structure around this, even the HR. People are concerned about what is next for them.
3. Salary: not at all market competitive. Most people are unhappy with what they make.
4. Inexperienced managers - not enough management trainings are provided to managers so lot of the times they don't know how to "manage" people.
