UNPROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT! Fighting and yelling in open space while you are trying to talk with clients and candidates on the phone. Pay and benefits are the worst in the city. Management does not agree on anything and they gossip with each other and the staff. they treat their temps terrible! Paychecks are never right and they will try to change your deal constantly. Training is terrible! The training is from the 1980's and the manager has no idea what she is doing. The environment is demoralizing. Run and don't look back!

The major pro is that no one there ACTUALLY knows what they’re doing, so if you have any clue how to be a recruiter you can just do what you want and if you bring in results they won’t care

Svantaggi

1. CEO is a greedy POS, who probably has Alzheimer’s. He can’t remember anything and thinks that doing business like it’s still 1970 is the best way to do it 2. Company is losing money every week 3. Half of the experienced staff works from home 50% of the time or more 4. They will get rid of you faster than you can blink 5. They will “train” you to do the job, but then when you struggle and ask for help and advice they will just say “this is hard and I had to figure it out the hard way so don’t complain to me” 6. The base salary sucks, and the commission rate is worse 7. You are forced to join mandatory team meetings that last all of 3 minutes 8. You are expected to work beyond the normal 9-5, when you aren’t guaranteed to make extra money and won’t even get a response from your account managers half the time
