Tactile not only has the best product on the market for the disease state, but they pay very well too. I have been with several other med device companies that promise the world and the cash to come with it but it never was true. So far, Tactile pays for over achievement in a way that drives me to do more. The uncapped commissions are REAL dollars unlike other places I've been. The company invests heavily in the employee's and views us as the future. They promote from within instead of going outside of the company which provides an opportunity for career growth and keeps me here.

I can't really think of a "true" con that is out of the norm with any other company. There are good days and there are bad days. At the end of the day you will get out what you put in.

Good leadership - run by past reps who know what challenges the sales team faces. Recent changes to comp plan actually reward the sales team for doing our job. Best in class product that makes a difference in patients lives.

My goodness, the admin work. An insane amount of time is spent doing admin work, chasing paperwork, helping offices meet insurance criteria. If you want a job where you can just go out and sell this isn’t for you. There are constant hoops to jump through with the internal team who will often unload tasks to the sales team.
