Decent pay. Wonderful, caring co-workers. That's really all. I have to use 20 words, but I can not think of that many to say that are positive.

Unfair practices among employees. No overtime. Promises are made to coerce, often bully, employees to work, saying their efforts will be rewarded in the bonuses, but by the time bonuses are given, there is absolutely no reflection of the promise and you are typically given a bogus excuse that somewhere, somehow you made a mistake or did something to rationalize why they ultimately cut and kept your bonus the same instead of fulfilling the promise.
