I don't have or I think no one have anything good to say about this company.

Lots of favouritism.. they only pay good salary to their favourite employee and others mostly 70% employee are under paid. They deduct your salary and put any excuse of deduction explanation any time they want. Soon this organisation is going to end as their mostly clients so called by them Big 3 and 4 are breaking contract with them. Puneet and Shweta owner of this company is full of attitude and such a bad human being.. they do sugarcoating for first week of joining and then woos you will meet evil side of them. Official timing is 9-6 but what you will forced to do 9-7 or 9-8.

Nothing to like about this organisation

Worst organisation to work with, there is no growth in any perspective. There is a lot of politics and boot licking. They pay salary on 10th of every month and sometimes it is 12th of the month as well. Almost all emoloye are under paid, they only pay to there favourite employees. They have a very hectic and toxic working culture. There is no sick leave policy, if you have viral fever also then also you have to sit in office as the HR don’t think that this is a concern (Ohh sorry they don’t even have an HR). You can’t take leave on friday or monday without plan as it will get sandwich if you take leave on any of the above mentioned days, they will deduct 3 days of your salary. They provide fnf after 115 days. They have new policy of LOP if the person resigns and doesn’t meet his/her targets so salary will be deducted on daily basis and this was not even informed at the time of joinin.
