I've seen some negative reviews on here which is unfortunate because, in my experience, TalentHerder has given me tons of exposure to early stage startups and work experience I never would have gotten in house as a recruiter at a big tech company or a staffing agency. The team here is definitely great and the managers values people who are team players. Unfortunately there were some employees who didn't pull their weight (I covered for one person who was OOO for WEEKS but the same person failed to cover any of my clients while I was OOO for 3 days - this was definitely not the norm). They're very flexible on vacation time, they provide Uber Eats credits each month and the work schedule is fairly fluid as long as you are doing your work and meeting expectations with clients.

It's fast paced a lot of the clients don't necessarily know what they want which can make it difficult to deliver results out of the gate.
