They will get an idea and run with it before talking with department heads to see if it makes sense or what the repercussions will be. - Not enough transparency with their employees. Undermining managers by talking to their subordinates without the manager's knowledge. - Management seems to care more about the time spent at your desk as the signifier of productivity. - The Chicago office is left messy and unkept on a regular basis (was not like this before the merger). There's a big lack of respect for the shared space of the kitchen.
