They won’t provide compensation info for a role without getting your resume. Once they get your resume, they disappear. You will then be emailed and called multiple times a day about jobs completely unrelated to your resume. Also, suspiciously, once I gave them my email and phone number I started getting insane spam and scam calls almost hourly. Microsoft support, warrant scam, etc. You can google “Reddit Tanisha Systems” and see what people say about them. They’re an India-based recruiter. If you check their reviews on Glassdoor, Google, etc you’ll see a weird amount of Indian names rating them 5 stars. I think they require their own employees to do that upon hire. I will never do another contract with them again. They make over double what they pay you, and provide 0 benefit for it.
