Thank you for your comments. We totally agree that we serve delightful residents living in beautiful buildings. After 15+ years of being run by third party operators, Tapestry, a Concert owned entity, has taken over operations management of its three communities so as to better serve the needs of our employees and residents. While we learned a lot working alongside the third party operators, the one thing that has not changed is the reliance on our amazing employees. We will continue to grow our organization through training and promoting from within as we grow as a company. We are proud of our terrific team and how much potential there is for the future.
