Lost Coach’s retail and outlet identity. Total elitist structure within some teams. Some teams are not held accountable for budget or headcount...regardless of bad sales. Acquired two under performing brands didn’t help. No stability at the top. Lost count of how many CEOs and Brand Presidents we are up to since 2017...shows in sales and stock price. No promotion structure...seems random and based on who you know
