1. Compensation Sucks. 2. Employee evaluation is biased 3. Thoughe there is sizable Onsite opportunity the ratio is declining day by day. 4. No bonus, poor promotion process 5. Location transfer is next to impossible. 6. Too disributed to contact specific section 7. Senior management is not very good at getting similar productivity from junior associate. 8.
