Responsibilities: •Handling Operation part and data part. •Validate the agent’s data for job posting at job portal. •Merging the search data in whole client database CSV file. •Make the productivity report for the seniors. •Train the agents about job searching according to market demand. •Making strategies and implementing them to improve in job posting. •Getting updated on processes related to the policy to ensure excellent delivery of services. •Maintaining relationship with clients. •Help in client servicing and reporting. •Manage the head count at floor.

Updating Data Tracker and MIS Dashboard on daily and weekly basis. Creating Agent reports break and log in / log out report Interacting with client directly through scheduled daily / weekly Business Conversation (Email) Updating attendance dashboard and sending the agents allocating report GM. Ensure deliverables (Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports & Dashboard) are prepared to satisfy the project requirements cost and schedule.
