7yOur goal has always been to create a positive employee experience for every single member of our TaxSlayer Family and become an Employer of Choice in the Augusta area. We want our employees to feel valued and aspire to be gifted leaders both internally and externally in the community. We understand that sometimes we may miss the mark - but positive change is an ongoing task.
We encourage our leaders to create connections through regular conversations with their team – ones that involve asking questions about how they are (discussing challenges the team member is currently facing – at work and outside of work), where they find themselves (reviewing individual results versus goals), and what interests them (personal progression and how their work relates to their career objectives). With that insight, we as Executive Leadership can facilitate overall company goals for both our employees and our business.
It is our top priority that employees feel comfortable giving feedback and sharing ideas, with their manager, with HR, or with us personally. We have an open-door policy for that very reason! We are deeply saddened that you have not experienced the TaxSlayer culture that we are so focused on cultivating.
