Good starter job. Good managers. Good expierience/training. Flexible scheduling, The people make the company. You get to work in the cloud, which is constantly in high demand, so good job security. With that it is a starter company and things change a lot so be flexible.

Svantaggi

Pay could be a little more competitive for the work. Slow process moving up. Long period between contributing to 401K. Not a lot of negative just if you are looking for a reasonable amount of pay you may be slightly disappointed. You also only get paid once a month, which if you aren’t good at budgeting can be difficult.

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
