Lousy benefits considering this. 3% match on 401k is below industry average. PTO is accrued, not automatic; the amount is 'just average'; especially compared to how much you'll work. No continuing education perks, like continuing education PTO or notable reimbursement. I received $2000/year at my last role. Lots of charting and lots of charting expectations.
