The company relies heavily on few big contracts

There’s nothing good to say about the company.

- Bad management. None of the managers knows how to properly manage. Their poor management affects the team and the team gets blamed employee instead of the managers taking ownership - Toxic mentality - The future doesn’t look good, this company is a sinking ship - The pay and benefits are way below average and they are okay with that and don’t have any plans to improve - Constantly ignores employee feedbacks - doesn’t care to improve working environment for the employees and always wants more with nothing in return.
