      Mo work-life balance. Employees are asked to work for more than office hours and no compensation or even appreciation is given. Every employee is over burdened with more than one full time projects, allocation as a dedicated resource makes things worst. Employees are forced to give interviews to clients though the requirements are out of their domain knowledge. No medical cover, no SL or CL, just 15 PL are there.
