No benefits, secretive management, owner does not know how to run a MSP. Terrible up-tight environment where no one smiles. no benefits besides 401k match (he has that because no one uses it because they can't afford to)

Hi, this is Tom Fox, the owner of Tech Experts. This review was written by an employee who worked for our company for a total of three days. Unfortunately, while the initial contacts and interviews with this person went well, once they joined the company, our team felt he simply wasn't a fit. It is unfortunate that he went through the process and ended up having to leave our employ, and I truly wish it had turned out differently. I've been in business since 1984, and believe I've always treated team members well. We recently added health insurance to the benefits we offer, which include 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, paid training and testing reimbursement. Thank you.

Absolutely none, and frankly I have no idea how this company is still in business.

- extreme levels of micro-management, for example your time in the bathroom will be monitored. You are being camera recorded and watched if you ever glance at your phone. - The owner claims to offer 'paid' training, which is mandatory because he uses an extremely outdated and inefficient ticketing system. The majority of the 'work' here is trying to wade through the tedium of this ticketing system rather than actual work. - The pay is laughably low relative to the level of experience/skill the owner is looking for. - The work environment is high stress because the owner is pretty obvious about how much he micro-manages you and eagle eyes his employees. Nobody smiles, everyone dreads going to work. Yea I wouldn't wish this job on my enemies.
