Great company to work for. Very good management and pay.

The travel can be a pain but thats part of the job.

You are a W-2 employee. But with no benefits and having to provide all of your own tools,transportation, gas and i-pad, and cell phone for the job, you might as well be a 1099 contractor.

The company claims when you first sign on that they contract with a bunch of different companies and have a ton of work for you. This is just a lie to get you in the door. I was promised 4-6 jobs a day and they even went out on a limb and said I would be making $1300 a week and they couldn't even average me 1 job per day. You will use your own vehicle to drive all over the state and have to pay all gas and maintenance. You have to provide all of your own tools, cell phone and tablet and use your data plan. No benefits. They wont get equipment to you in time to complete jobs, making you reschedule them and costing you money. (you are piece rate, so if you don't put jobs in. you don't get paid) They will tell you if it is slow, they will call the partner companies and get more jobs. Don't let them lie they wont. and don't even think about getting a hold of someone in their local office after 3:00pm mountain time because they all go home.
