Our company grows fast which comes with its challenges, but we are continuously improving our employment value proposition and we will take your feedback on board. Our timesheets have always been daily with the option to add different project allocations hourly if you needed to. We acknowledge that the level of the English language may slightly vary outside of the UK.       I really can't think of real cons but I can say there is no mentorship program for employees, you have to seek knowledge by yourself. But that is understandable.
