No prior information about KRA changes. No time management. I worked for 10-12 hours and took meetings beyond my office hours without any extra compensation. No Yearly bonus. No Puja bonus. Much problem with leave structure. No Hybrid work policy. Stupid Dressing code rules for Women. Unnecessary Politics.
